The following are the general conditions for registering and being accepted by Google Adsense for both the latest blog and Youtube.

Here are some general Google Adsense terms :
1. Original, unique and interesting content
The point here is that the content depends on which platform will be monetized with Adsense.
Blog, means that the entire content of the post in the form of articles, images and videos must all be at least original. Especially for videos and images can give references to image owners.
Youtube, all video content uploaded is original and not copyrighted.
Android apps (Admob), applications uploaded to the Play Store must be original and have benefits.
And make sure the content does not contain :
Selling counterfeit goods. If the blog provides detailed information about counterfeit goods, where to buy them, how much they cost, or deliberately tries to sell fakes and imitations, this is against Adsense policies. Nor should it teach people to make counterfeit goods for business purposes, such as faking brands and so on. As for writing about counterfeit goods on the market, for example, I we will not be a problem, the main problem is the commercialization or sale of counterfeit goods.
Gambling. This is obvious. Also included is content about online gambling, texas holdem for example. Teach gambling tricks, and so on. But if the writing is about a tourist destination that happens to have a casino, for example, then it is still allowed by Adsense.
Weapons and ammunition. Selling weapons and accessories. Includes air gun, and sale of firecrackers and fireworks.

Cigarettes and tobacco. Almost the same as the above alcohol and liquor.
Hacking / Cracking. This one doesn't need any additional explanation, as it's clearly in violation of copyright law.
Adult content. Including adult stories, pictures, sexual aids and so on.
Drugs and equipment. Self-explanatory.
SARA and violent content. Advocate for hate groups based on religion, race and so forth.
Paid to surf / click / search and the like. These types of programs are not allowed by Adsense.
Other illegal activities. Violence against children, pedophilia, including images, fabricated videos depicting violence and deviant behavior against children.

Excessive and irrelevant use of keywords.
2. Comply With Policy
Of all the above content must comply with existing policies, such as :
Invalid clicks and impressions
Encourage clicks or views
Misleading user experience
Traffic sources
Also read the applicable terms and conditions.
3. Minimum age 18 years old
There are so many people who question, I don't have an ID card, can I register for Adsense ?
The answer is obviously not, because Adsense to follow the Google Adsense program is clear there is a minimum regulation of 18 years and have an ID card for account verification later.
But many also try to suggest using the name of the parents, it is better for this to be avoided or try consulting the parents.

4. Do Not Create More Than 1 Account
Google Adsense strictly prohibits, 1 person has or create more than 1 account.
If you keep making more than 1, you will be banned permanently.
